Foster Harris House sits on Main Street in Washington, Virginia — a town of about 130 people and the gateway to Shenandoah National Park. The house dates to 1905 and has been a bed and breakfast since 1984, with the original architecture and detailing kept largely intact through the years.
Five rooms in the main house, including The Washington Suite with its own private back entrance. A three-course breakfast included with every stay. The Inn at Little Washington is a ten-minute walk if dinner is the plan.

A standalone one-bedroom suite — your own house behind the inn, with a great room, kitchen, and porch.
Breakfast Included
Breakfast is included with every stay — three courses, plated, served at the pace of the table rather than a fixed slot. The menu rotates through a small set of dishes the kitchen genuinely loves making, and adjusts based on dietary preferences shared at booking.
Most guests linger over it longer than they planned. Mornings are the quieter part of the historic district, and there's no reason to rush.
