The Peter's Suite is the inn's most flexible booking — two connected bedrooms with their own baths, a canopy queen in the main bedroom, and mountain views out the windows. Best for couples traveling together who want their own space, or a small family that wants the comfort of a suite without leaving the main house.

Compton was the primary bedroom for the family that built the house in 1905 — the room with the largest footprint and the most original detailing. We've kept the historic character intact and added the modern comforts you'd expect: good linens, a quiet HVAC, a properly appointed bath.
Garden Suite is the brightest room in the main house — generous light, a custom queen bed, and a bath that pairs a soaking tub with a rainfall shower. The garden view from the windows changes through the seasons; spring and early summer are when the room photographs best.
Mountain View takes its name from the obvious — the windows look out across the pasture toward the Blue Ridge. Inside: a queen bed, a free-standing stove for the cool months, glass block accents, and a private bath with a spa shower set on marble floors.
The Washington Suite is part of the main inn, accessed by its own private entrance at the back of the house — a quieter, more private upscale experience with excellent sunset views. Breakfast is served en suite each morning.
